    just did nolva only, 40mg per day 2 weeks 20mg per day 2 weeks....sucked ass every day im like loosing 2lbs im like noooooo. i think i lost like an inch on my arms, lol

      You have a great base Slash. Dont sweat the small stuff, you lost some size, but it will bounce right back on your next cycle and so forth. Rome was not built in one day, feel me... chest looks great too.

          I've been kinda going through the same thing the past 2 weeks or so. I peaked a 205lbs and hit the scale yesterday at 193........ just gotta hit the weights hard and eat and sleep as much as possible. But it's not the weight per say that matters.... it's how you feel about yourself when you look in the mirror...... I say the same thing to my girlfriend who is trying to rip up right now.

            yeah thats what i tell myself, i look good in the mirror, but the scale is discouraging =( i guess its better to look good then to weight more though, lol

              Dude, you look great. Got great definition and proportion. Just work on the wheels and keep training hard. you'll get he size you want.
