V, what does your routine look like off season compared to when you are preparing for a show?

Looking good bro, just curious, how long have you been using gear? I am natural now, but have considered using gear to add some size. I am 5'9 ish also. Only 185 though. If you have any good advice on this thing, let me know. Thanks Bro, keep up the hard work

I take in eggs, meats, oatmeals, veggies, 2 gals of water and so on. On top of that I eat the junk food to take in more cals. Try eating just 1 day the way I do in the offseason and then tell me im lazy. I hate when people have an oppinion on something that they know nothing about.
yes eatin is no joke i belive its harder than working out. im at 7 meals a day (most of the time) i couldnt imagine 9.

He probably won't answer that, but I remember somewhere he posted it and it wasn't that long. He said he got really good genes.

I ate 9 meals a day for about three years straight and then cut back when I was trying to get lean. It was really nice not to have to cook as much and stop to eat every two hours. I'm back to 9-10meals a day again--I forgot how much work it was but I guess it's what it takes.

well when im prepping i do 3 body parts a day 3 sets a body part 20 reps and lots of drop and super sets .

i also walk on a very high incline in my last 5 weeks.

my offseason routine is pretty much 1 body part a week reps of 8-15 .

I can't even imagine eating 9 meals a day. I'm in between figure competitions and it seems like I'm eating nonstop with 6 meals a day. IMO you need some junk food in the off season to maintain your sanity! It's not like all you eat is cheeseburgers and fries but getting a few treats helps boost the calories.

Whenever I'm bulking because I'm a natural endomorph I honestly can't even take in anywhere near 5k calories a day I start at like 2800-3000 and have to work my way up to get there and at some points I find I almost gotta just sit there for a while and force my food down hahaha and I def. don't just magically gain weight by eating junk I gotta pack in my healthy meals w/ usually with my fast food which is usually taco bell.
And V your looking awesome man, your dedication shows!

there is nothing like coming out of a buffet not being able move too fast or your gonna yuke haha....
