I didn't place at the competition and there were girls with some serious size. Unfortunately some of the figure shows are getting judged more like a bodybuilding competition but I'm working to add some size for my next show. For now it's all about experience and exposure, and I'm enjoying it which is the main thing!

FC- You have a great base to work with. If you bulk properly, you should be able to do really well in the future.

I'm sure you already know this, but in order to do really well int he sport, there are 4 components to a female competitor the judges want to see. 1- Shoulders (you already have those) 2- small waist (you got it) 3- Thick quad sweep 4- a little junk in the trunk..lol.

A couple things I think you should concentrate on in the off season: ( and you and i discussed you really need to commit to a good 6 months of bulking to successfully put on some mass)

1- More back width and depth
      2- Bigger legs

In order to achieve these things, you really should start squatting heavy ....if you haven't already. Like no reps over 8. Bang the hell out of your legs, they'll respond. Devote an entire workout to JUST quads. Do hams on another day.

As for your back, (which will also help with your legs) is to add Stiff Leg DL to your workout. They will help give you some depth to your back in addition to what you do for your back workout.

Again, you have a great base to work on. And if you do it right, you have the physique to do really well in the sport.

She has a great body. But in order to be successful in her sport, she has to be more than just "hot".

You need to improve on your shoulder to waist ratio. That is one thing that stands out to me as a flaw in your body. Red's advice is also very good.

You look great, just pointing out little things.

great advise although i know nutting about figure comps. bigger legs is what i like the most personaly and of coarse "junk in the trunk"

I was kinda kidding, RS. Competition = work. Keep working hard, figure-champ.
