Looking good, I will offer one suggestion- you may want to get some different trunks. They just seem like there is too much coverage on the butt....you're up there to show off your body not hide it!

Sitting at 158. I am 5'4" 44 yo. I will probably stay right there for the next week and a half give or take unless my trainer wants diet changes. The poics from the gym are shitty as the camera was old and no vascualrity or def was shown...hence the reason I took the last one toy show

I am guessing...maybe lean up a little as I have added cardio a few days ago at 30 am 30 pm. and I think once I take the last week and pull out the water...maybe 150-154. Which would put me at the heaviest for lightweight.

You'll more than likely end up closer to 150. You'd be surprised at how much water your body holds.

^^^ Those are not the trunks I am posing with. I had to scrounge those up from a buddy. I didn't know we were doing pics that night so i had to hunt down a pair.
