Thanks ducky... I just don't see the results i wanted to :( i know its only been two weeks but.. still..i scale hasn't move that much and i still look bad :(
Seems like i am busting my ass for nothing... :( I think it may be my diet... Which is low carb, high protein i think my body may think that i am starving it and its hold fat.. i am not sure but i need to get my diet looked at..

Ahem.........you're 'on' right now aren't you? My best advice? Ditch the scale. Seriously. Weigh in once a week tops, and don't be too concerned about the # you see. If you're gaing mass and losing fat that scale isn't gonna vary a whole lot.

Hey Girl, Don't give up, it has only been 2 weeks and usually it takes 3 weeks to see changes. You are doing good so far, great calves and tris!!!! I hurt my ankle right after beginning the contest, tomorrow I see the doc. It has put a bite on my cardio , so not much results for me yet. Will post pics soon.:p
LC: Ditch the scale. Everytime I diet, I put on muscle, which would be confusing if I was paying attention to the scale. Just keep an eye on the mirror and give it time. It always takes me about 8 weeks for my body to realize Im dieting and within no time you'll start seeing huge changes.
