            LC, you remind me of SupperBB girl. I am sure you know who she is. Don't kid yourself, you ARE making progress and those calf's are awesome ( I wish mine were so good), but you know it takes time. With your seriousness, and dedications, you are gona achieve the goals you have set for yourself. Face it girl, you are becoming an inspiration to all of us. Get used to it.                               Ok...sodium intake..I had my blood test taken on tuesday.(one to check out my cholestrol and my organ fuction because of the winny) and they said my Sodium was too low..but that was tuesday.. everything had sodium......But its was Sodium and water for sure...
