    Summary of week one~ IT SUCKED!! I only did cardio 3 times this week.. and my diet :( well it was bad..i think its cause i was so hardcore this summer that i just needed a break...

        That tricep (I didin't look at anything else, I swear!) is comin' out nicely, and your posing has improved alot.. And there is difference in your waist from the last pics..

        Think positive by using the negative for fuel.. ;)

                      awww. thanks ... i think my back is actually going to be my strong point...once i cut up more..you will know why ;) that year of powerlifting(deadlifts and etc) its put some heavy mass on my back..

                        LiftingChic is gonna shit that I found her, but dont worry... your secret is safe with me.

                        I can tell you this. She has dedication in the gym like only the select few. She gets in, busts her ass and gets out. Best of luck to you!

                                Id rather stay anonymous. Its kinda fun, but dont be upset. Like I said I'll keep it a secret. Im just one of the guys who enjoys seeing people train like it should be done.

                                One thing: If your doing a bodybuilding show, try to up the weight a little more but still keep it safe. For what your trying to do, I know you can train heavier. It will help give you more shape and detail and keep more muscle the closer you get to your show.

                                BTW, it is stupid land around here........isn't it!
