Sorry guys, gals that I can't post my pose pics(as I'm writeing this with my left hand-very slowly) but I had an unfortunate accident with my right hand. Well I was replaceing a window on Sunday and while doing it the window cracked and I sliced my palm quite deep-15 stitches plus 4 on the inside. It will put me out of comision for a couple of weeks. Iwill be off work and thew gym for at least a week. After that I could train legs/do some cardio and post my pics latter this week. I hope this will not put me out uf the contest, just delay me a couple of weeks as I was prepared to make some serios progress:)

Will post my pics as soon as I can make a fist to flex and have use of my right hand to operate the camera better.

BTW any one that has any suggestions on how to train with a bum hand for upper body please let me know!

Welcome back to lifting! Don't forget, muscle has memory and you may be surprised at how quickly you see results. Good luck and hope that hand heals fast!
