will be using multiple vitamins, various whey protein supps, zantrex-3, CLA, L-Carnitine, ester-C, creatine, glutamine, may add more later will see how this goes.

Thank You Sweetie, That was nice, but I am actually at the worst I've been in years, over 7 months away from the gym did a number on me, that's why I'm so excited about this contest, not so much the prizes, just the motivation and fun it will be.
