Thanks for the compliments. Im gonna try and drop a few during the holidays (if that is possible). Just finished creatine so I can expect to harden up as usual within a week or so. I am very prone to water retention in my lower body especially when I use it.It makes me look very soft. 5'8 190-193 lbs. havent checked bf in a while. Last time I did was about 3-5 months ago. 4 point caliper test showed about 11%. My New gym has one of those bod pods. Im gonna give it a try.
