thanks, yea injuries certainly do suck.... i was glad i still was able to compete, even though i was alot lighter than i wanted to be i still managed to place 2nd, so i was kinda happy about that...

I have a whole lot of respect for people who compete...it's easy (well, not easy, but...) to just go in the gym and lift every day, but to diet and get redy to go on stage, that's something different

no i don't know exactly what my bf% was but i lost of hell of alot of fat last spring and summer... i dropped 8.5" off my waist in 20 weeks.
