I try to keep in such a shape that im feeling comphortable in. I think I had best form at contest 4 mounths ago..... But I do not measure bodyfat% to watch the diferences. I prefer more the mirror.
The diet is strict all the time and when its posible work out with same intensity or harder.:bbq:
