  • my pic (just starting)

    Here is my pic. I just started so its nothing to impressive...lol.

    Stats:
    6'0"
    191 lbs
    23.5% BF +/-

    Measurements:
    Forearm - 12-5/8"
    Upper Arm - 13-1/4"
    Calves - 16-3/8"
    Waist (At bellybutton) - 38"
    Chest (At Nipples) - 43-5/8"
    Thigh (right) - 22"
    Hips - 39-3/4"
    Neck - 15-7/8"

    After seeing this...what would you guys recommend me working on most?

    Just focus on building more mass. Eat lots of food and grow :) Too early to see any lagging bodyparts.

      get your diet good and a good training routine and you'll be amazed at the results. good luck

        I would start with focusing on leaning up and getting to a good starting point and then worry about putting on muscle mass so that someday you can look back at this picture and know that it's been worth all the hard work.
        Start with implementing a good diet focused on clean protein and carbs and some healthy fat. Get your training started with cardio and resistance training because muscle will help burn off the fat and you will start to see dramatic changes quickly.

          This is probably a vague question…but what kind of results can I expect after a year of correct dieting and training…basically everything done correctly? Based on my stats from above.

            You'll be amazed at the changes you'll see in yourself. The more research you do the better results you'll see. Try to take pictures each month to track results and keep a diet and training journal. Good Luck

              just stay with it... you will see some quick changes, then not for a while... you have to work through that.... i used to always tell myself rome wasnt built in a day when i started.
