    Some updated pics, working on my posing lots & dieting hard. Stats: 216lbs @ 7% bf.

    remeber to keep your calves spiked in your back poses. looks good though

        Ab Pose:
        -Put your front leg out a little more in front
        -Stick the quad in the back more


        Side Tricep:
        -Sit down more on your leg
        -To help make your side hamstring look bigger try pushing your inner thigh through your other leg with pushing up with your calf
        -Keep your tricep like it is but turn your body a little more towards the camera


        Back Double Bi:
        -Pull your elbows back a little
        -Bend your left knee just a little little bit more

          20 min in the morning, 20 min before bed-- (doing the elliptical)
          i'm still leaning...

          i tried your recommendations it did help--- will keep practicing
