Before New Years

Im at my heaviest right now so i thought i would post a pic and then post another one around march when im back down to where i want to be. Im 6 foot 206lbs. I usually come in at 188lb when im in shape.

I play slot reciever mainly...............but i get tossed around a little bit to tight end...........full back............and i run some fly sweeps and reverses from the slot position. oh yeah and the holder for the kicker........hahahaha. I want to get down to about 188lbs and just work on being more explosive and faster. My main concern is my speed so when i get down to the right wieght im going to run a lot more sprints and plyos.
