    hows it going... this is the first time ive posted pics of myself since i've started my "training"

    just last summer i was 228lbs... very bad shape. currently im 5'7 170lbs 10.5%bf

    i feel i have come along way but still want to improve my body over all

    here are some pics so see wat was going on...

    I'm a big boy i can take critisium... but dont be to harsh! thanks !!

        Excellent progress bro, don't think you're at 10.6 exactly, but great progress none the less, keep it up bro, you have a lot to be proud of.

          lol, yea dude i have no idea... thats wat the trainer told me... messured with electric pulse shit, lol... who knows.... its getting hard to keep sheding the pounds... any tips??

                thanks man... i def appriciate the encouragment... my main problem is the weight lose was pretty quick so im kinda saggy around my lower stomach and chest are.... wat can i do to help this out??

                        It all depends on what you want. If it were me I would plan on keeping what you've got now and not losing any muscle, then start bulking at the end of summer.

                          now.. should i add some supplement into the mix? right now i take

                          protein
                          amino acids
                          mulit vitiamin
                          flax seed oil
