Well done,
I have been keeping track of your progress and it was a great transformation. This was your first show and you came in dialed. You should be proud of what you have done.
It looked like you hit your water depletion right on the money which is a task in itself.

yeah man treat yourself to some junk food since you have been so dosciplined. as i said on all the other boards, you look amazing and should have won tht show. but there is always next time for that. bet big, train hard, and relax when you can.

You look shredded brother. Congratulations! The first place guy looks VERY smooth to me. His delts and traps are larger but overall you definitely have him beat. There is NO way that he should have won from the pictures that you posted. One tip that may help, while making eye contact with the judges try to smile. And not the cheesy smile either. I have heard many judges say that it does help. Not that it will win you contests but it may add an extra point or two. Again, congratulations!
