I took some pics, but I didn't like the way any of them looked, except the two back ones......

I am 15.4%BF in these pics, approx. 1 month ago.... As of last night I am 13.5%BF

After I get some shots of other poses that I think look decent, I will post those too....

I still have a lot of work to do, before I am happy.... But I when I started I was 5'6" 120lbs (scrawny!!). Now I sit at about 178lbs, and I am still 5'6" (short guy....).
