Hey all been busy working on my diet.

Well I am now down from 244lbs to 225lbs not sure of the bodyfat but I think things are going well. Let me post some before and after pics to show the difference. Currently on a ultra clean diet of around 3000 cals with one cheat meal a week.

i dont see any "view source". just the image that i posted above.

i just tested it and it let me post a 800x600 size image but not a 1024x768 size image.

but why did it let him post an obviously much bigger picture as he posted above?

It's located on your top left corner. lol " File - Edit - View - History" Click on the "view" then select "view source"

hmmm, for some reason it allowed me to post that today ^ but it would not yesterday. yesterday that same image gave me that error message.

Sorry, I totally have no clue as what caused you to get that error page. Btw, how come you still haven't yet fill up the empty field in the attachment manager?
