I tryed make a lot of reserch, but didnt finde out a clear answer
testo by itself doesnt seem to make change of the structure of the facial bones. (like it ocures with GH). (

Absolutely. Women have a strong reaction to androgens such as test and other steroids. To high a dose and the voice gets deeper, facial structure changes, clitoris growth etc..
