About the aas, i take a litlle amount of the basic thinks. Im not happy about that and if i had the chance, i would go for completly diferent (mild and cuality) thinks.
But unfortunately in my country changed the lows, and the situation makes it not posible to reach that stuf...
As for the diet, I mantain an intake of 3g pritein /1kg of weight (that would be some 200g of protein a day). 90% of that protein being curd, becose its the most cheaper.
the carbs 100 - 500g a day, depending on how much i feel hungry
