    Monday-chest..calves
    tuesday-back(deadlifts*)
    wed-legs(squats*)
    thursday-arms
    friday-shoulders..calves

    *I alternate squats and deads every week... so the week i do deads for legs i do front squats..and the week i do squats i do t bar rows..bb rows... ^^this has really been working good for me.. also my reps range from 3-20 per set...i also always pyramid my weight and do higher volume 4 sets minimum.

            delts
            back, including traps since it IS your back muscle
            legs(calfs, hams, quads, lunges etc...ALL LEGS..although I do squats every 2wks, i have big legs)
            chest

            then rest and repeat EOD or rotate days of exercises...if you power lift, it's odd to me that you would rep 20 per set. Normally it's a 8-6-4 count with 3-4mn rest and lifting at 75% of max and increasing as last set comes. Glad it works for you.

            What's your numbers if you're ok to post them;

            My fav is flat bench and box squats and deads....
            my #'s as in my max lifts?

            bench:420
            dead:630
            squat:585
