i'll post new pics in summer. i'm bigger everywhere compared to my old pics. just want to get back into the same bf% which should be about 2 months from now. if I drop cals to much I can be below 10% in a month but I'll run the risk of dieting all my hard earned muscle away so fuck that I'm doing it slow.
