    Here is my progress since Jan.1.(see previous pic. thread) approx 2000 calories daily @ a ratio of approx %55 protein,%25 Carbs,20% fat.

                    Thanks all. This board and another I post on helps a ton. I don't think I would be where I'm at without them. When I started back working out I was 240lbs of lard. I was a collegiate level athlete and let myself go in college. Thanks for all the knowledge and advise!
