Everone from FM has already seen these but what the hey...This one is my back in July (I think) of this year...Stats: 5'6", 130lbs, 11.5% bf..

Thanks again! I don't have any recent pics. The man is a little lighter now (170lbs) since he had gall bladder surgery this summer. He couldn't lift for 4 weeks (gawd was he awful to be around). He's hoping to put some weight back on this winter. For the most part he's lean year round, I'd say 5-8%. Me, I just finished bulking so I'm up a whopping 17lbs! I'm trying to maintain through the holidays and then I'll start cutting in January for an early April show. I'll post some pics of myself then, the man is too shy though.
