Thought I'd contribute a few pics in the spirit of being willing to demonstrate what some clean eating and lifting can do. Admittedly, not the biggest dude but this picture exemplifies the progress that I've made in my understanding of clean eating. Whereas I was once a 190 lbs "beast" around 7 years ago (at probably around 20% body fat), this pic was taken at the beginning of this year and is a reflection of 6 months of clean eating and dedication. I think I was around 155 lbs. Now that I'm at a comfortably lean level, my aim is to bulk up while minimizing the amount of body fat that I accumulate in the process. The drastic change in weight and physique over the last few years started as an AC injury (shoulder) about 5 years ago that required me to stay away from weights for a little over 6 months and therefore forced me to lost significant muscle mass, stay with lighter weights for a while and more HIIT training for purposes of preparing for a fire academy that I completed about 2 years ago.
