Can't. Don't own the condo and can't drill into the wall to hide the cords. Having the cords in view is messy looking and so are those cord cover panels that people use.

Yup. It would have to be pulled out from the wall because of that structure beam to the right. If you reversed the L it would block the bar stools to the left which is where i eat.
