Hello all, new to the forum.

im 39yo, 5 7" and 158 pounds.
I in no way lift to have tremendous strength as I am slowly getting injury prone. Heavier lifting in early years did my joints in. Im usually a bit leaner and vascular but a new protein and heavier lifts during the summer thickened me up a little.
I run about 4 - 5 miles 2-3x a week and also swim and hit weights regularly. Soccer was always priority, staying relatively the same size and being quick. But as Ive gotten older its becoming less important and i want to start focusing on some muscle gains.
Joined the site to see if i can get the look i want and deserve from all the hard work i put in. Im sure ill get some good info from the trainers and workers here. :thankyou::grin:
