98, own it for 5 years now, still looks brand new without any problems :) Although had a few close calls while living in NY during the winter :D

What year is the roadster? 240hp or 313hp ?

98, first year for them the 240, I've only driven one other was a 2001 the extra horse is nice but you only notice it higher up in speeds. So for now a little more pocket change towards the e46 :)

240 for that little puppy of yours is a nice kick in the pants, considering its a straight 6 :) E46 though takes it up to another level. To bad E36 didn't get the euro engine like it should of.

You can always skip the E46 and pick up the M4 when that comes out in 2 years, nice V8 addition will be well worth it :cool:

I've always had a thing for the M3, as much as the M4 looks awesome I will stick with the e46 M3 aslong as I can find them in good shape, I drove one and it's a total league of its own over e36 / my roadster .. just an amazing car. In time :D in time :D
