Added another 2 pounds and stayed at the same body fat. I'll post up another pic soon. I'm keeping my calories exactly the same. I really don't want to get much leaner due to losing any size. At the moment, I like where I'm at. I can take my shirt off and see some striations and abs. My legs for whatever reason do not seem to be leaning out like they have in the past. Last year I hurt the ligament behind my knee playing soccer and could only do very light weight for about 6 months. I'm hoping they get back to where they were maybe by next summer.

I was in TN for 10 days. Got back last Sunday. It was a work camp. We went into some very poor neighborhoods and helped repair, build, paint, caulk, ect... Loved the experience but it was difficult to stay true to my diet. I brought a ton of canned chicken and precooked bagged rice along which I ate half of the time. I was able to sneak off one day and hit a gym. I wouldn't call it a setback probably more mental than anything but do notice the abs are not as tight as when I left. I'll try and get up a pic soon but let me get another week of my diet and training in. :) I'm up another 3 pounds and very close to the same bf.
