All that gear? Wow....pretty stupid IMO. to cut weight and get lean? Well looking good, but certainly and definitely could have done those results with just test and good diet and cardio.

YOu look pretty decently lean in your avi pic....so you have lost 23lbs in 22 weeks, which is a good slow rate to lose at, but how do you feel about muscle retention? Do you feel you put muscle on? Would def need a good set of before pics to see the difference. That is a lot of T3 to run just for a recreational cut, make sure you taper off correctly over a long period of time. Like Rado said, you easily could have come in around 195 with that much gear, no T3, some good HIIT as well as steady state cardio and diet on point. I would not mess with T3 unless I was getting on stage.

I started t3 at 30mcgs till i taperd up to 100mcgs at 12 week mark when i started the cycle. I did at 12 weeks 30-45 min LISS carido in the morning in a fasted state and another 15-20 min LISS cardio in the afternoon before i lifted.
Because of the slower cut and the gear i ran i held alot of mass nearly all of it and strength but i did lose a bit obviously. The gear helped me keep it for the t3 since i would have been flat with that plus keto diet. that much t3 was unecessary but i had a goal i wanted to reach.Last edited by TomMONSTER; 06-23-15, 07:59 PM.
