          Bulk as much as possible then cut to 200-205 maybe 8-10%.

            Haven't you been bulking for the past few years? It's summer bro, get yourself to the point where you can at least see an ab and then bulk.

            The eat everything in sight plan may sound like an exciting one but all it leads to is excess fat gain. Your gonna do it anyway but you'll learn eventually.

            When you judge yourself by a scale instead of how you actually look you lose sight of the point.

              I've been bulking for the past 10 years haha. Here's a quick breakdown.

              2005 freshman year highschool: 6 foot tall and 138 lbs.
              2007 junior year 155 lbs. and reached my final height of 6' 1"
              2009 senior year 168 lbs.
              2010 summer hit 188 lbs.
              2011 hit 192 then for 2 years I plateaued at around 197-199
              2013 first prohormone cycle hit 216 lbs.
              2014 hit 220 ish
              2015 ?

              I agree about the scale part dieting and training aren't a problem I really hate losing strength.

                Good progress from freshman year for sure. Your not fat so a bulk is ok for you. Just make sure you don't spill over bro.
