New here

Hey guys I hope I am posting in the right place . I'm new here and want to introduce myself. I been lifting for 15 years . Fighting semi pro MMA for 9 years. I am 6'4" 235lbs 12%bf . I am a brewer for 12 years and I blast and cruise. If you have any question I'm glad to help anyone I can and always willing to learn new stuff!
