So long story short started lifting for size 3-4 years back. Have a long lifting experience. Grew up boxing so did a lot of plyo lifts etc. In the military I lifted to stay functional and fit. I caught the bug when I had a soldier as an amateur BB (BIG FUCKING DUDE). I love the progress I have made, and hope to continue to make more. I've taken small shrapnel in the back, fractured the arches in my feet (deploymemt), and had 3 fingers severed by about 80% in a knife fight (one sided; i lost). I joined this forum so I could feom more experience lifters who have alreafy been in my shoes. Yall have not let me down. I started cutting at 240lbs, and I am now sitting at 230. This is back shot update that finally is starting to show definition versus a hunk of meat.
