Sure, I'm 44yrs old 5'11" 246lbs fairly lean. Currently on 50mg Dbol, 500 Test C & 500 Deca almost done got like four weeks left. I like to run bulking compounds in summer because I work outside and I slim down pretty fast. So I get to be more loose with my food. It's the winter when I try to cut down in body fat because the heat is just miserable and I need more calories.

No it's been awhile.
