A big THANK YOU to all our memebers who have cared to share their pictures with us. In order to encourage more members to share pictures of their progress, a few rules have been established in this forum to make sure everyone feels welcomed to post:
1. NO FLAMING - all our members are putting in hard work into their physique not to be laughed at or ridiculed. "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
2. BE OBJECTIVE, NOT SEXUAL - please try to keep the comments to as much of a constructive or postive nature as possible. Please try to not make fellow members feel uncomfortable by making inappropriate sexual comments.
3. NO PORN - please refrain from posting any pictures of yourself in any state of inappropriate undress.
Do feel free to report a post if you think it is of an inappropriate nature and a mod or admin will edit or delete the post as needed.
