    Been working on filling out the top of my chest. I'm finally starting to see some gains there..trying to get that Fuller look. I can now see it starting to come on the roundness buy the collar bone at base of neck. It used to just be flat..... Still got a ways to go but a work in progress . Up to 228 lbs now. Continuing to grow...slow steady progress men.

                  incline DB press? if your doing bar drop it and switch to DB's far more effective.

                  good job. i can see a difference.

                  also, start that adex/prami super low dose. it's hard to tell but it looks like the start of possible gyno. prami should shrink those female like nipples. :D

                    Ive always had..hard nipples...LOL

                    I rotate thru chest exercises lots of dumbbell work, some machine and I also go on the smith machine. So week to week its never the same. I believe in mixing it up a lot.. I have been doing a lot of overhead pressing in the squat rack working on front of shoulders, I'm wondering if that's helping top of chest a bit.

                      no barbells. they lock you in unnatural positions. do your overhead presses with DB's.
