I try to keep the same pose/angle when taking pics just makes it easier to compare. Not much difference from my last pic (I think that was last August) except I'm up 2 pounds. I'm on 350mg test per wk and lowered my gh dose to 2.5iu a day. I haven't really ran a true cycle (higher doses) since my 20's. But thinking about bumping up my doses just to see how my body responds. If it comes with too many sides I'll just stick to my low dose and I'll be content. I'd really like to see 225 at the end of this summer but that might be asking too much.

I can feel it in my cardio. In soccer I'm still as fast as I was at 205 but I do get winded quicker carrying the extra weight. Be do level guys out a lot easier! :D
