Been a good month since being off completely. Dropped 7lbs and walking at 190 even the past few days.

Getting labs done again in about a week or two. Wanna see how my ast and alt numbers are. Then I'll go back on some dyel prop and just run that all year....I will be adding primo(bayer) as well...the only orals I'll be doing will be var and that's it.

I've played around with enough to now know what I want and what does good for me.
