These are the same pics from FG so some of you have seen them already. In these I'm 216lbs (6'). I've since cut down to 205. The goal is to get between 8-10% before I start my next cycle in January. In high school I weighed 150lbs at the same height so I've come a long way. Enough talk. Here's the pics.
