      You have grown quite a bit since I first saw you post on Elite almost 3 years ago. I would say that you have come a LONG way in that time! :) Congratulations for that! :)

      If you want some constructive criticism, I would suggest working on your quad sweep, your hamstrings, and the overall size of your calves. Other than that, I think everything is coming along great!

        Yes my legs are lagging, no doubt.
        i messed up my ancle a couple of months ago, and i still cant train my legs 100%, but im trying. ive stopped doing squats totally, since this didnt do anything for me. Doing more lunges, step ups, SLDL, leg presses..so we will see.

        and yes, i have come along way.
        not bad for a natty.
