ok so i started my 1st day carbing up today and im tapering my water as well and killing my sodium altogether.
im eating a little over my bodyweight in protein 182 grams and taking in 376 grams of carbs all coming from sweet potato/yams. its a little over 2x my bodyweight in carbs. should i shoot for 3x tomroow and friday? im thinking so to add more calories but i dunno.
my total calories are clocking in at 2400 exactly. btw, imtrying to get ripped.
am i supposed to feel so tired and hungry all the damn time these last few days b4 im supposed to be in my peak state? THIS SUCKS!!!!! :mad: :mad: :(
