I am getting ready to do a small 8 week cycle just to shed some winter fat and get ready for my summer cycle. It will consist of 100mg prop eod 150mg fina eod and 50mg winny ed. I will be doing cardio at 7:oo am on empty stomach and i have to hit the gym around 10:00-10:30. My stats are 5'8" 224lbs. 12-14%bf. I would like to get down around 7-8% bf. Could some of the experts help me out with a diet plan for this cycle?
