  • Amino Acids anyone?

I have been popping these amino acids pills the last 60 days or so. I have noticed zero results. Are these a total waste of money?

I have been taking the L-GLUTAMINE GNC Pro Performance gel cap tablets. I am not impressed. When do you take them for best results?

Maybe I'm not combining it with the right things. Other than that the only things I take as far as supplements go are protein and creatine. I was taking a glutamine powder as well but have read that is also a waste of money.

Yeah its a waste, you get enough glutamine from your (provided you are eating right)....The rest gets PP'ed out :)

The best supps on the market now are nitric oxide
products, Protein Powder, and a good multivitamin

Calcium is overlooked by a lot of people too, its responsible for A LOT of functions is your body, make sure you are getting enough

nitric oxide didn't do shit for me(i got a free bottle so i decided to give it a try). I've also read numerous articles that prove its ineffective and potentially dangerous. I also dont see creatine on your list and that is very effective

I woudlnt expect to see many results taking amino acids!

I take L-Glutamine for it's anti catablolic qualitys but even with that, you don't see any visable results.

Same with vitamins and mineral, doesnt mean you dont need them.
