I've read quite bit about carb cycling whilst cutting for maximum fat loss but how exactly am I supposed to apply it to my diet.
Currently I am on a 2200 cal diet with a 60/20/20 split
(1,320 cals Prot/ 440 cals Carb/ 440 cals Fat)
I'm 5' 8, 185lbs, no idea on BF%
Any idea's on how to cycle my carbs and how to do this?
