Is whole milk acceptable to take in the morning for breakfast while trying to clean bulk? i figured a nice 8oz glass would help to jump start the day.

I personally put whole milk in the bread category as the never touch. I would think that skim milk with protein powder would be a better choice. Whole milk is not really good for anyone regardless of what your lifestyle is. If you can’t handle skim milk I would at least go for the 2% especially if your a natural
