hmmm not sure if this was posted but. Try buying the centrium carb assist... its quite pricey but ive been tkaing them. Amongst utilizing the carbs it helps utilize fat aswell. It helps u use the carbs and fat for energy throughout the day. Perfect for dieters out there who seem a bit sluggish. Also try multi vitamins... Most people not on a diet eating all types of foods thru out the day dont get the sufficient amount. Now if your cutting out alot of foods and not eating very much its a good chance ur not getting anything. Always multi vitamins i also take calcium pills and milk because im lactose and tolerant never over look calcium it can also be used as a dietary supplement. So can vitamin C.
