  • I'm stuck at 190 :(

    I've cut down from 230 to 190 and i've been cutting down since august of '03, do you think i've hit a plateu? I seem to get right around 190 and then go back up to 193.....

    I'm wondering if I should take a 2-3 week break from the gym and supplements and then start it up again....


    I've been on a homemade ECA stack from five weeks now, i think i'll do five more weeks and then a good break and try Xenadrine NRG after that....


    any advice?

    need more info...
    whats your diet and training like? how much cardio do you do? what is your BF %?

      Taking a new pill or a break for two weeks ain`t going to cut it.Post your diet for better advice.

        From personal experience, taking a week or two break from cardio and eating a bit more liberally (without going stupid) will do the trick.

        that way, when you then start up the diet and cardio it will be a frsh start again.

            Yah, I would have to say its your diet as well...If it were me, Id go a little more strict on the diet, up the intensity of the cardio, and see if that does the trick

              I totally see where you are coming from, I was 235 in Nov. 03. I had a 42.5 in waist. Last three weeks it has been stuck at 38.5in. I was eating about 2600-2800 cals, 260g pro, 95g carbs, 110g fat.
              I am lifting 4 days a week and doing 5 days cardio x 45min. I was also taking ECA, this is my last day for it and now ephedra is banned to CA.

              This week I cut my cals down to 2300-2400 200g pro, 75g carbs, 100g fat.
              My workouts suck, my muscles are completely flat. I do one cheat/carb day on saturday. I hope to see some results this week or I don't know what I will do. Dieting Fucking sucks.
