im probably going to end up going to the beach with my brother and his frat bros, but i was starting to worry about whether or not my body will suffer.
It will be a four night stay (mon-fri) and basically i was wondering about food intake. Should i lower my meals back down to around 2000 cal a day? i mean, i wont really be working out (unless the hotel has a gym) so should i keep six or so meals but eat less.
also, are any of you planning on going down to the beach and going at it for a few days? i just worry that i may set myself back (my worst fear).
maybe i just shouldnt go, but i want to go have some fun with my brother and just relax...what do you guys think?
