Here's the deal, I had my body fat tested today and it was at 15%. the problem is the first time I had It checked it was 15%(about 6 months ago).I have the same person do the test. For the last 6 weeks I have kick up my cardio lowered my carb and calorie intake and started taking a fat burner with ephedra.I also pick up the intensity of my weight training. In this time I have lost 6 pounds. As for size, looking in the mirror it does'nt look like I have lost anything.I'm f**n confused what the hell am I doing wrong?
    This has been my diet.

    5:30 protein shake/glutamine
6:30 natty peanut butter sandwich on wheat
9:30 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup walnuts(take fat burners)
12:00 turkey sandwich on wheat w/ musterd
    3:00 protein shake/glutamine(take fat burners)
    5:00-7:00 workout
    7:00 protein shake/glutamine
7:30 diner(chicken or lean beef with veg.)
    10:00 protein shake/glutamine

The trainer at the gym said I should kick up my carbs.I though when your trying to get lean you want to lower your carbs?
Anyways need some help bro's.this sucks!

Kick up your carbs a little. Sometimes you can take in more protien then you need. Especially when your trying to loose fat. The excess protein your body can't use turns to empty calories that can turn to fat. Here's a link from an old post check it out. From your diet it looks like you need to read this

you also have to check the total amount of cals you are taking in. You should post that if you can. On this board there's a BMR calculator. Use it and see what cals you need.

If you aren't losing fat the two things to do are 1. Lower cals 2. add in more cardio.

My calorie intake was around 2700.I check my bmr and I should be around 2100.So I changed my calorie intake. Also I was eating carbs with dinner (brown rice, wheat tortillas)so I stopped that.I eat most of my carbs during the day now(veg. at night)Hope I'am on the right track.
